About the role
As a Finance Business Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor to Product leadership, delivering timely insights and financial analysis that support decision-making and drive business performance. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Delivery, and SG&A, helping to shape growth initiatives, optimize costs, and improve cash conversion. This role offers the opportunity to influence key business outcomes, lead financial planning processes, and contribute to strategic projects within a global, matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate forecasting, budgeting, and long-term business planning processes across business units
- Partner with Product leadership to provide financial insights, challenge assumptions, and drive performance improvements
- Develop and enhance reporting frameworks, performance metrics, and analytical tools to support profitability and efficiency
- Support investment cases, business improvement initiatives, and ensure alignment with financial governance requirements
- Collaborate with global and regional Finance Business Partners to share best practices and align on priorities
- Participate in monthly close processes, ensuring accurate revenue and cost recognition in partnership with controllers.

- Strong experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, or financial analysis roles
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and operate effectively in a matrixed organization
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- Experience within freight forwarding, logistics, or 3PL environments is preferred
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to engage senior leadership and adapt messaging to different audiences
- Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in financial tools and systems such as Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, or Power BI is advantageous.

Travel expectations: Limited, based on business needs.
Salary: $130,000 - $140,000*
*The stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary and may be adjusted based on market conditions, experience, and location. Final compensation will be discussed directly with the selected candidate(s) in compliance with all applicable laws.
