马士基采购团队在全球范围内负责与码头设备和修造相关的采购工作。日常业务涉及招标、合同谈判、供应链管理，供应商关系维护，供应商绩效评估等，以及为技术部门提供必要的协助。

Maersk Procurement Team is responsible for procurement work related to terminal equipment and M&R worldwide. Daily operations include tender, contract negotiation, supply chain management, supplier relationship maintenance, supplier performance evaluation, etc., as well as providing necessary assistance to the technical department.

该采购部实习生需要负责数据和资料的收集、整理和分析、内部工具的维护和开发、辅助招标以及重大项目和战略计划的制订等。

The intern in the procurement department will be responsible for the collection, organization and analysis of data and documents, maintenance and development of internal tools, assisting tendering, and formulation of major projects and strategic plans.

主要职责Responsibilities

协助采购经理收集供给端和需求端的信息和资料并对其进行数据管理和分析；

Assist the Procurement Manager to collect information and documents from the supply and demand sides, and conduct management and analysis;

参与市场研究报告中数据收集和分析的工作；

Participate in data collection and analysis for market research reports

定期维护数据库并对项目进行跟踪处理；

Regularly maintain the database and track the projects

协助采购经理进行项目招标和数据分析；

Assist the Procurement Manager in project tendering and data analysis;

按采购品类进行支出分析和价格分析，协助制定品类战略计划；

Conduct expenditure analysis and price analysis by Category to assist in formulating category strategic plans

协助供应链团队实现从需求到交付整个过程中端到端的采购工作；

Assist the supply chain team to achieve end-to-end procurement from demand to delivery

其他团队需要的协助工作。

Other assistance works required by team if any.

能力和技能 Required competencies and skills

本科及以上学历，专业不限，航运/工程/工商/数据统计/供应链/物流专业优先。25届，可实习3个月及以上，一周出勤3天以上；

Bachelor degree or above, no limitation on major; shipping/engineering/business/statistics/supply chain/logistics major is preferred. 2025 Graduates, internship for 3 months or more, attendance for more than 3 days a week;

有使用Excel 并进行数据分析的经验；

Experience in using Excel and conducting data analysis

对码头、航运和物流行业有强烈兴趣并愿意投身其中；

Have a strong interest in the terminal, shipping and logistics industries and be willing to devote themselves to them;

喜欢解决问题，有较强的分析能力；有耐心，擅长处理数据；

Like to resolve problems, have strong analytical skills; be patient and good at processing data;

注重细节并有兴趣在马士基学习和运用世界一流的标准化采购流程；

Detail-oriented and interested in learning and applying world-class standardized procurement processes at Maersk;

具有良好的人际交往能力和团队合作精神；

Have good interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit;

具备良好的中英文书面和口语能力；

Good written and spoken English and Chinese skills;

（非必须）有财务基础为佳；

(Not mandatory) Having financial foundation is preferred;

（非必须）了解数据可视化应用程序（如Power BI、Tableau等）。

(Not mandatory) Be familiar with data visualization applications (such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
