About the role

At Maersk, we are transforming the logistics industry by simplifying global supply chains and delivering seamless customer experiences.

We are looking for a Customer Experience (CX) Consultant to drive service excellence, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure operational efficiency across logistics processes. This role plays a key part in delivering consistent, high-quality service and acting as a trusted advisor to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Manage end-to-end customer experience across logistics operations, including issue resolution and proactive communication.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous enhancement of customer journeys.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and commercial teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Monitor KPIs and service performance, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and SLAs.
  • Support implementation of new processes, tools, and customer solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a customer advocate internally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or related field.
  • 2–5+ years of experience in Customer Experience, Customer Service, or Supply Chain/Logistics.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, multinational environments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify process improvements.
  • Advanced English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in logistics, shipping, or 4PL environments.
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes and systems (ERP/CRM tools).
  • Continuous improvement mindset (Lean, Six Sigma is a plus).
