Job Description

Customer Experience Consultant – SCM

✅ Purpose of the Role

Ensure an exceptional customer experience by managing end-to-end SCM processes, resolving issues proactively, and driving continuous improvement in the supply chain.

✅ Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring smooth execution of shipments.
  • Manage daily communication with strategic customers and internal teams.
  • Monitor and update systems to maintain shipment visibility and traceability.
  • Analyze and resolve incidents promptly, escalating when necessary.
  • Participate in performance reviews and improvement projects.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling logistics services.

✅ Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
  • Experience: 2–4 years in international logistics, customer service, or account management. Reefer experience is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Digital proficiency (Excel, Power BI, SCM platforms).
    • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
  • Language: Intermediate to advanced English (spoken and written).
