The Opportunity:
Customer Experience Associate

These new locations are designed to enhance our customer experience by being even closer to them, facilitating multi-lingual and scalable talent availability, enable standardization of processes all while supporting our customers’ growing needs.
As a GSC Customer Experience Associate, you’ll play a vital part in assisting with duties related to document preparation and information coordination required to process ISF transactions through US Customs. Perform all duties correctly, cost-efficiently, within Company standards, and under the close supervision of the CX Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities:
- Files ISFs timely and accurately
• Completes tracking and tracing shipments daily to ensure
correct ETD, ETA, and bill matches.
• Responds to customers, suppliers, and vendor’s questions
accurately and timely.
• Actively engages in team meetings.
• Ensures compliance with ISF filing requirements
We are looking for:
• Ability to type 40 WPM
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Expected Working Hours
Non-exempt positions: 8am-5pm Monday through Friday. Rotating
weekends and holidays.
This position generally requires availability for a 40-hour work week
during standard business hours. It may also require overtime
availability during the week past standard business hours and/or on
weekends or holidays. All overtime worked will be compensated in
accordance with any local, state, or federal law, as applicable.
