🛠️ Job Responsibilities:
Pricing Analysis and Quotation Development:
Review customer requirements and develop competitive and profitable pricing proposals for cross-border ground transportation services, as well as domestic operations when required.
Request Management:
Receive pricing and quotation requests from the Sales team, primarily through internal tools, analyze the scope and requirements, and manage end-to-end follow-up of pricing proposals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Procurement, and Execution to obtain accurate rates, validate operational feasibility, align cost structures, and ensure customer needs are effectively addressed.
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
Intermediate English.
1 year of experience in operations within the cross-border (Mexico–USA–Canada) market; experience in pricing is desirable.
Experience and know-how of ERP, TMS, CRM systems.
