What we offer
This role is part of our Cross‑Border Sales team, supporting customers whose operations connect Mexico and the United States. You will work closely with teams across operations, customs, finance, and regional sales to create solutions that enable smooth and secure international trade.
You will have the opportunity to build long‑term relationships with clients, develop strategic account plans, and contribute to our mission of delivering reliable and simplified logistics services. This position is based in Mexico and follows a hybrid work model (2 days per week in the office).

Key responsibilities
Identify and develop cross‑border business opportunities, especially within the manufacturing sector.
Create and execute strategic account plans for clients operating in both Mexico and the United States.
Collaborate with regional sales teams to align service offerings, pricing, and promotions.
Understand client needs and propose tailored logistics solutions.
Maintain strong client relationships that support satisfaction and long‑term retention.
Research and map the assigned territory to identify potential customers.
Partner with internal teams (operations, customs, finance) to enable seamless execution of shipments.
Stay informed about market conditions, trade regulations, and competitor activity.
Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline health, and customer insights.
Who we are looking for
Essential skills
Experience in cross‑border sales and in identifying new business opportunities (“hunter” profile).
Ability to understand customer needs and explain logistics solutions in clear, simple terms.
Written communication is critical for documenting proposals, customer updates, and account planning.
Verbal communication is important for client meetings and cross‑functional collaboration.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing customer needs, and work well with different problem‑solving approaches.
Comfortable using digital tools for sales activities (Salesforce experience is a plus).
Nice‑to‑have skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Preferred experience developing business strategies or managing commercial accounts.
Additional information
You must be authorized to work for any employer in Mexico.
This role requires working from the office 2 days per week.
