Location: CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey (On Site 100%)

🛠️ Job Responsibilities:
Manage end‑to‑end crossborder operations, including forecasting, capacity sourcing, scheduling, and proactive tracking.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors, carriers, customers, and internal teams.
Ensure full visibility of shipment status and resolve operational issues promptly.
Handle administrative tasks such as on‑time billing, shipment closure, and dispute resolution.
Provide consistent and timely communication with customers and partners in both English and Spanish.
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in crossborder operations (mandatory).
Background in freight forwarding or logistics companies.
Advanced English level for daily communication with U.S.-based customers, providers, and peers.
Strong understanding of carrier management, shipment visibility tools, forecasting, and administrative closing.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills.
Strong organization and time‑management capabilities.
