Here’s the Deal:

Experienced Collections Analyst with a strong background in customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement, specializing in collecting outstanding payments and managing disputes effectively. Skilled in negotiating payment plans to achieve optimal outcomes, handling high volumes of calls with professionalism, and ensuring timely month-end closures. Adept at preparing management reports to provide insights on financial performance, fostering positive client relationships, and maintaining the organization's financial health.

The Basics:

• Academic Background: Bachelor´s Degree or Equivalent Job Experience
• Years of Experience: 1 years
• Software: ERP and Excel Intermediate (Pivot Tables & Formulas)
• Technical Skills: Dunning Process and Customer Management
• English Level: B2 (Practical functionality)
