Key responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, guiding them through the internal process to secure deals.

  • Manage assigned customer accounts, ensuring business objectives are met.

  • Engage in consultative selling by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.

  • Develop a strong understanding of target customers and maintain a comprehensive account base.

  • Communicate important trends, rate changes, and policies to assigned accounts.

  • Conduct research to understand the territory and establish connections with potential customers.

  • Analyze competitive and industry trends to attract new customers to the company.

  • Ensure CRM tools are consistently updated and maintained with high-quality information.

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure ongoing business and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for:

  • At least 5 years of experience in similar roles

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, foreign trade or similar

  • English: Intermediate +

  • Experience in contract logistics is a most

  • Proactive

  • Strong communication skills

  • Negotiation skills

  • Teamwork

  • Stakeholder management

  • Strategic thinking and influence

  • CRM management

  • Strong growth mindset

  • Knowledge of several of the following sectors is a prerequisite for the position: Automotive, Technology & Renewable Energies.
