Key responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, guiding them through the internal process to secure deals.
Manage assigned customer accounts, ensuring business objectives are met.
Engage in consultative selling by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
Develop a strong understanding of target customers and maintain a comprehensive account base.
Communicate important trends, rate changes, and policies to assigned accounts.
Conduct research to understand the territory and establish connections with potential customers.
Analyze competitive and industry trends to attract new customers to the company.
Ensure CRM tools are consistently updated and maintained with high-quality information.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure ongoing business and customer satisfaction.
We are looking for:
At least 5 years of experience in similar roles
Bachelor's degree in business administration, foreign trade or similar
English: Intermediate +
Experience in contract logistics is a most
Proactive

CRM management
Strong growth mindset
Knowledge of several of the following sectors is a prerequisite for the position: Automotive, Technology & Renewable Energies.
