The Opportunity
APM Terminals is looking for a Change Management Intern to join our global transformation team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain exposure to how large-scale organisational change is designed, communicated, and delivered across a network of more than 60 terminals worldwide.
You’ll focus on communication and engagement activities while supporting broader change management initiatives. Working alongside a high-performing team in strategy, change, and transformation delivery, you’ll have a dedicated mentor to guide your development and help you achieve your goals.

Key Responsibilities
Support communication and engagement activities for global change initiatives
Assist in creating content such as presentations, infographics, and videos
Help manage internal communication channels and explore emerging digital trends
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of change programmes
What We’re Looking For
Lean-minded: someone who brings a strong mindset of continuous improvement – naturally curious, committed to solving problems at the root, and driven to make things better every day
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive, collaborative, and curious approach to work
Comfortable working in a global, cross-cultural environment
Digitally savvy with an interest in communication tools and trends
Education and Eligibility
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme (HBO or WO) in Communications, Marketing, Business, Change Management, Organisational Psychology, or a related field
Must be registered as a full-time student during the internship period (proof required)
For non-EU students at Dutch institutions, a NUFFIC agreement is required
This internship is not suitable for professionals with significant work experience
