Business Performance Analyst

Employment type:  Full time

Job Description

About Us: We are a global Business Performance Management (BPM) team responsible for ensuring that the operations across all GSCs are efficient, effective, and aligned with strategic goals. The team monitors, analyzes, and reports on various aspects of business performance, such as customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and sustainability. We provide visibility, insights, and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders to make informed business decisions, improve overall performance, and achieve functional objectives.

Business Intelligence & Analytics encompasses roles that generate insights through statistical reporting and data analysis to identify trends in large data sets across various business domains such as finance, marketing, and supply chain. Professionals in this field typically focus on applying technical knowledge rather than managing teams, often mentoring less experienced staff. Their responsibilities range from setting objectives to influencing organizational decisions, with progression reflecting deeper expertise and project management skills. Effective solutioning relies on established methods, and leaders manage day-to-day tasks while ensuring completion of objectives.
