  • Represent the customer voice within the product organization, influence improvements, and simplify complex solutions for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Continuously optimize pricing processes, standardize quotation practices across regions, and provide data‑driven insights to enhance profitability and conversion.

  • Strengthen internal collaboration by serving as the primary point of contact for new commercial opportunities and driving awareness of product capabilities across the organization.

Requirements

  • Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in multicultural environments.

  • Ability to stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in regulations that could impact customs solutions.

  • Proficiency in analyzing data to track performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and support decision-making processes.

  • Goal-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with customer and business objectives.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical information clearly to both internal teams and customers.
