Our opportunity

We are looking for our new Account Receivable Analyst to join our collections team, which is responsible for managing the financial relationship with our customers. Maersk's collection team has well-defined processes that guarantee excellent results for the company and its stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

· Customer relationship management

· Monitor daily deposits

· Collect outstanding invoices

· Upload information to the system

· Stakeholder Management

· Month-end closure

· Dispute Management

· Reconcile client accounts

· Negotiate payment plans

· Identify delinquent accounts

· Review SOAs

· Management Reporting

· Call handling

· Master Data & Control Follow Up and Compliance

The Basics:

· Academic Background: Bachelor´s Degree Accounting, Finance or Equivalent Job Experience

· Years of Experience: 2 years

· Software: ERP and Excel Intermediate (Pivot Tables & Formulas)

· Technical Skills: Accounting and Dunning Process

· English Level: B2

We are looking for:

- Experience in accounts receivable
- Technical skills: advanced Excel and Office package. Knowledge of SAP is desirable
- English and Spanish Level Intermediate
-Academic background in Finance, Accounting, commercial, Logistics degrees or related fields. (desired)
- Soft Skills: Good analytical skills, focused on results and good interpersonal relationships
