You will lead the definition and agreement of end-to-end service scope, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and user needs. In addition, you will develop and maintain the service blueprint and roadmap, ensuring that epics, features, and user stories are clearly defined, prioritised, and approved across all services, products, and processes.

  • Defining the vision and scope of future services, ensuring alignment with user needs and improvements to traceability quality
  • Developing end-to-end customer journeys, outlining how different user groups will interact with the multi-species system
  • Translating service propositions into clear personas, user needs, and user stories to support design and delivery
  • Creating and maintaining a service blueprint, release roadmap, and a single prioritised backlog of work
  • Ensuring alignment of the service blueprint with the overarching LI blueprint, working collaboratively with other Product Owners and the COO
  • Identifying and defining all third-party touchpoints, ensuring effective integration across service components
  • Driving efficiency improvements within the target service model
  • Collaborating closely with technical and data teams to define and deliver service dependencies
  • Working with other service teams to ensure seamless delivery within a wider multi-species ecosystem
  • Partnering with test and transition teams to ensure well-planned and successfully executed releases
  • Supporting the wider team in identifying and managing change, risks, assumptions, issues, decisions, and dependencies

You may be required to undertake other duties assigned by your line manager as appropriate
