A bit about the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator who does far more than action incoming tickets. You’ll be a proactive partner to our end users—immersing yourself in how they work, understanding their goals, and helping them shape processes that truly improve their day‑to‑day experience.
This role is ideal for someone who loves diagnosing business challenges, collaborating closely with sales and operations teams, and designing scalable solutions that drive meaningful impact. You'll be working in our cross-functional engineering team focused on serving our internal teams and helping them achieve their business goals.

What you’ll do:

  • Work directly with sales, operations, and other customer-facing teams to understand their workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Respond to tickets and BAU requests, and then use this experience to reduce the maintenance burden and promote self-service
  • Design, enhance, and optimise Salesforce processes, automations, and configurations.
  • Act as a strategic advisor—help teams rethink how they work, not just implement what they ask for.
  • Contribute to the Salesforce roadmap, ensuring changes are robust, scalable, and aligned to broader business needs.
  • Evaluate and integrate other tools and platforms when needed; bring a broad perspective on how different organisations solve similar challenges.
  • Maintain platform health, including security, data quality, and best-practice governance.
  • Drive adoption through training, documentation, and user enablement.

What we think you'll need:

  • Demonstrable experience improving sales and operations processes—you’ve led meaningful change, not just maintained systems.
  • Broad tooling perspective—experience with related and alternative platforms (e.g., Braze, Zendesk, cross-channel communication tools, marketing automation tools, workflow automation tools). You understand problem‑solving patterns, not just Salesforce specifics.
  • Salesforce expertise—Sales Cloud, Flow, object modelling, security, dashboards, reporting, and system configuration.
  • Experience working in technology companies, preferably within or relating to embedded finance.
  • Experience working within and across software engineering teams to deliver and manage distributed flows
  • A proactive mindset—someone who actively seeks opportunities to streamline processes, reduce friction, and elevate user experience.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills—you’re comfortable challenging assumptions and guiding teams toward better solutions.
  • A keen advocate for automation, especially AI-driven automation, that drives great outcomes for customers while reducing cost to serve.
