Knowledge Skills & Abilities

• Deep knowledge of microservices, AWS, and DevOps practices.
• Ability to work closely with the Technical Architect and the Principal Solution Architect to ensure consistency and alignment across teams.
• Lead technical spikes and assess solution options against agreed technical and non-functional requirements.
• Outstanding stakeholder management skills—ability to communicate technical concepts to both executives and developers.
• Strong experience in API design, system integration, and event-driven architectures.
• A problem-solving mindset with a passion for leading teams to success.
• Experience working in high-scale, enterprise environments with complex technical challenges.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns and best practices i.e. Clean Architecture, Test Driven Development (TDD).
  
  Essential experience:
  
• Expertise in full-stack development - JavaScript, AWS, Terraform, Postgres, Rest APIs, Analytics (Google. Adobe), GitHub (including GitHub Actions and GitHub Flow)
