What does it mean to be a Talent Delivery Specialist? As our Talent Delivery Specialist, you’ll play a key role in sourcing and qualifying the best candidates for our embedded teams and client partners. You’ll be the engine that powers our delivery—working at speed and with precision to find brilliant people across a wide range of industries and role types.

You’ll use tech-enabled search techniques, strategic sourcing methods, and deep candidate engagement skills to build high-quality shortlists and deliver against hiring SLAs. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role for someone who thrives on results and loves connecting people with opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to)

Sourcing Talent

• Craft smart sourcing strategies that blend cutting-edge tech with creative, role-specific approaches
• Write compelling job ads that attract top talent across diverse platforms and channels
• Proactively hunt down hidden gems—engaging passive candidates through targeted, multi-channel outreach
• Deep dive into each brief to ensure every search is tailored, focused, and aligned with what great looks like

Screening & Qualifying

• Qualify candidates with depth and insight, assessing both technical fit and cultural alignment
• Tell compelling stories that bring each role and employer brand to life, sparking genuine candidate interest
• Handle objections with confidence, ensuring candidates stay engaged and informed throughout
• Deliver high-impact shortlists that are tight, relevant, and ready to impress our embedded TA teams

Driving Delivery Excellence

• Keep our systems flawless—maintain clean, accurate data in our ATS and trackers
• Stay on top of your pipeline, prioritising tasks to smash deadlines and exceed SLA expectations
• Champion world-class experiences, ensuring every candidate and stakeholder feels supported and, in the loop,
• Be a source of insight, sharing real-time market and talent trends to drive smarter hiring decisions

What we need from you

• Recruitment Know-How: You’ve already cut your teeth in the world of recruitment—whether that’s in an agency, in-house, or RPO setting—and you understand how to deliver in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
• Sourcing Superpower: You know how to find top-tier talent for even the toughest roles and love the thrill of the search.
• Tech-Savvy Sleuth: Whether it’s Boolean strings or niche platforms, you’re confident navigating sourcing tools and online search to uncover hidden gems.
