Talent Acquisition Manager – Marketing Agency

Salary:
Competitive basic, 10% annual bonus, and share optionsLocation: NYC, New YorkHybrid role: must be able to do 1 day a week at the New York site and 1 day a week at the Stamford site

We’re on a journey to become a leading, global RPO business and are looking for an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Manager/Lead who is excited by the idea of playing a key role for us as a Talent Acquisition Manager and a member of our senior leadership team as we continue our epic growth.

What does it mean to be a Talent Acquisition Manager?As Talent Acquisition Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of the partnership. Executing the strategy and delivering against the hiring targets, SLAs, and supporting on the delivery of improvement projects as required.

You will effectively manage the client expectations and exceed agreed objectives set out by your CSD. Your role will require you to be consistently seeking improvements to your Talent Acquisition function and driving innovation to achieve a world class service.

Key Responsibilities

Leading the Team

  • Inspire & Support: Lead Talent Acquisition Partners and Centers of Excellence with clear direction and encouragement.
  • Elevate Standards: Drive high performance and continuous improvement across the team.
  • Develop Talent: Mentor and grow team skills through coaching, training, and active development.
  • Champion Culture: Contribute to ii's community by sharing best practices and fostering a values-driven environment.

Managing Service Delivery

  • Execute Strategy: Ensure a smooth, effective hiring process by aligning with TA strategy.
  • Meet & Exceed Goals: Consistently hit SLAs and quality standards in all hiring efforts.
  • Ensure Quality: Oversee and maintain high standards in team and support work

Partnership Management

  • Deliver Excellence: Create standout experiences for stakeholders, enhancing client relationships.
  • Provide Insights: Partner with leadership to offer valuable reports and market intelligence.
  • Innovate for Impact: Drive process improvements to elevate the client’s TA function.
