The role

At Huel, we take pride in manufacturing nutritionally complete, real food. So, we are now looking for a new US Planning Associate to join us on our journey, help manage our raw materials storage partners & contribute to our fast paced growth in the US! ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

No day is the same, but here's an insight in to what you'll get up to:

  • Managing 3PL Partners - periodic communication with our co-manufacturing network ๐Ÿค๐Ÿป
  • Time management - ensure our shipments are managed timely and effectively, flagging any issues to our material planners for resolution โฐ
  • Receipts and Invoices - you will complete and approve these for inbounds to and from our 3PL's, Netsuite is our ERP system, experience using this would be advantageous!
  • Month end - You will carry out month end stock value reconciliation, stock takes and assist in financial investigations ๐Ÿ’ฐ
  • Availability - You'll be overseeing material availability, shelf life, manage inventory adjustments, disposals and relabelling at our warehouses to ensure all changes are reflected in Netsuite
  • Supplier Management - Ensure our hub WMS System is up to date with new suppliers and materials, as well as ensuring smooth integration between this and Netsuite ๐Ÿ“Š

What we're looking for in you

The role is best suited to someone with at least 1-2 years experience in logistics, inventory management or a similar role. A recent graduate in a related field is also a bonus! Being up a great communicator is super important in the Planning Associate position, and flexibility is key ๐Ÿ”‘ as things can change quite quickly at Huel! You'll also be happy with some travel โœˆ๏ธ as the role involves visiting our 3PL's across the country. You will also be willing to work hard, muck in together and be proficient in Excel or Google Sheets. ๐Ÿ“Š
