The role

We're scouting for a vibrant Supply Chain Systems Analyst to join our IT Operations team and help us to navigate the exciting challenges ahead! This is a great opportunity to join our rocket ship business and to have the chance to influence how we grow and develop our core business systems. Your main focus will be Anaplan - this is the system we use in our Supply Chain function. 🖥️

Your main focus will be to design, develop and implement new Anaplan models, as well as continuously reviewing and making improvements to existing models to ensure our planning is accurate and efficient 🧪 You will also...

• Regularly review and align system functionalities with the company’s strategic goals, suggesting improvements or changes to enhance efficiency and support growth 👩‍🏫
• Contribute to the development and implementation of system enhancements and upgrades, participating in project teams for the rollout of new features or improvements; includes managing and integrating data within the planning system, ensuring accuracy and integrity, and helping generate reports and insights for business decision-making. 🤝
• Proactively identify and troubleshoot system issues; collaborate with the IT Operations Team to provide timely resolutions to minimise disruption to business operations 💻
• Act as first line support for business users of Anaplan, supporting (and sometimes delivering) fixes to keep the system running like a well-oiled machine 👨‍💻
• Responsible for creation and maintenance of system documentation and Huel-specific training materials; provide training, guidance and support for Anaplan users across the business to help them get the most out of the system 👫
• Work closely with external partners and vendors, such as software providers, to ensure effective system integrations and collaborations that align with business needs 💳

What we're looking for in you

You will have previous experience business planning and analysis but we don’t mind if you’ve not used Anaplan before! We’ll offer support for you to learn 👩‍💻, but you need to be able to demonstrate strong experience with similar enterprise planning tools and systems, ideally with a bias towards supply chain 📊. You will be skilled in managing, integrating, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data within systems and aptitude for understanding stakeholder needs and pain points. Finally, you'll have experience in working collaboratively in a team setting, including liaising with external partners and vendors and a willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changes in a fast paced, dynamic work environment! 📈
