The role

We are looking for an experienced Strategy Manager to join our team at Huel. You'll leverage your strategic thinking, analytical skills, and consulting expertise to help us grow and innovate globally. In this role, you will work closely with our Head of Strategy to define and shape Huel’s overarching business strategy, working across the business on Product, Market, and Channel strategy to guide business decisions.

Day to day you’ll lead market research efforts, conduct business analysis, manage strategic projects, and provide executive support. You'll help shape and execute Huel's growth strategy, transform research into actionable insights, analyse financial and operational data, oversee key projects, and offer data-driven recommendations to senior leadership, all contributing to Huel's ongoing evolution and success.

What we're looking for in you

Ideally this role with best suit someone with 2 + years experience in a commercial or strategic role, ideally in a consumer business or top-tier consulting firm, with a strong track record of strategic project delivery. If you have experience in consumer, retail or e-commerce space that’s a great bonus but isn’t essential, likewise a passion for nutrition, wellness and Huel is really important as you’ll play a direct role in Huel’s continued growth and success 🚀.

You’ll have excellent analytical skills, a problem solving mindset, and the ability to identify and analyse trends, the market, our competitors and use these insights to help your decision making. Alongside this highly strategy mindset, you’ll have excellent communication and people skills so you can effectively collaborate with other teams and stakeholders 🤝.

You’ll also be motivated by the chance to step into a highly dynamic role, with plenty of autonomy in a high growth challenger brand!
