Currently, our digital interfaces cater to traditional products, originally tailored for in-store purchases. With the surge in digital platforms, embracing agile methodologies, and exploring cross-selling opportunities, the need for enhanced commercial offerings is paramount. This demands a shift towards developing new products, lifecycle strategies, and traffic management approaches through incremental steps.

The pivotal role at the core of decision-making processes will play a crucial part in shaping our business trajectory. By providing actionable insights to senior marketing and business leaders, we strive to drive clarity through problem framing, data-driven analysis, and econometric evaluation. Key responsibilities & accountabilities

  • Working in a high growth, entrepreneurial, and dynamic environment, passionate about the highest standards of strategic work
  • Build business cases that frame strategic questions and quantity the financial impact of different initiatives
  • Investigate and understand the competitive landscape to find gaps and opportunities for growth
  • Evaluate trade-offs and commercial decisions spanning product, price, channel, media, and brand
  • Build and deliver unique recommendations to key executives via strong storylines supported by quantitative data analysis
  • Working collaboratively and partnering across technical and operational business teams and external stakeholders

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Structured thinker. You can frame and bring structure to large, complex, or ambiguous problems
  • Problem solver. You can identify the key issues that impact business decisions and have excellent quant analytical skills to uncover insights
  • Storyteller. You have a curiosity about influencing others and can distil the complex into compelling stories tailored to your audience
  • A go-getter who is self-driven, practical and hands-on, and is not afraid to challenge the status quo
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Economics, Business, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar subject area

The other stuff we are looking for

We'd also love you to bring;

  • Desire to join a great team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience within consulting desired, ideally in a quantitative capacity
  • 5+ years’ experience in a commercial strategy role or similar
  • Exposure to and knowledge of the digital world today and tomorrow
  • Telco experience / ability to quickly understand the competitive landscape
