We’re looking for a seriously ambitious Performance Marketing Executive to join our world-class marketing team and help drive Huel’s growth across multiple markets. You’ll get hands-on with day-to-day campaign management and execution, while also diving into analytics, reporting, and creative strategy. We’re a data-first business, so you’ll learn to use numbers to make decisions, test new ideas, and deliver real impact.

No day is the same at Huel, it's what makes us a unique place to work, but here’s an insight into what you can expect!

• Campaign Management - day-to-day campaign planning, creation and execution across Meta, YouTube, Tiktok and more

• Optimisation - Look for continuous improvement opportunities in channels, campaigns and creative to achieve required new customer targets

• Stakeholder Management - Working closely with trading and brand marketing teams, ensuring all activity is commercially focused and in line with the business trading plan.

• Analytics - reporting and optimisation, including in-depth analysis of CPA, CTR and LTV of all activity ensuring maximum efficiency

• Commercial Awareness - presenting clear, data backed business cases for marketing investment to improve new customers and CPA.

• Branding - ensure unified messaging and consistent branding across all marketing and communications

• Agency Management - establish strong relationships with third party agencies and partners.

• Creative Analysis - provide in-house creative team with analysis.

What we're looking for in you

This role is a great opportunity for a recent graduate with a data-focused background, or someone with around 1–2 years’ experience in paid social, who’s excited to grow their skills across all areas of performance marketing. Whichever you are, you’ll bring curiosity, drive, and a passion for learning. We're also looking for:

• Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (Meta, TikTok or YouTube) - ideally for a fast-growing brand or agency.

• Ownership and precision: You’ll take responsibility for campaign execution and deliver work with flawless attention to detail.

• Passion for Huel’s mission and curiosity about how performance marketing drives brand growth.

• Test-and-learn approach: comfortable experimenting, interpreting data, and optimising budgets for results.

• Adaptability to thrives in a fast-moving, changing environment.
