We are looking for an Order Operations/Warehouse Manager to join us on our journey of equipping the world’s talent with the means to do their best work, wherever they might be.

Reporting directly into the Global Operations Manager you’ll be instrumental in leading our UK warehouse operations team enabling efficient & successful fulfilment of Hofy’s orders, manage our on site operations team and form connections with our external partners and suppliers.

About the role

As Hofy’s UK Order Operations/Warehouse Manager you will be on site and responsible for:

  • Managing the UK Hofy Warehouse, internal systems, and the various stages of order fulfilment & distribution in the UK.
  • Providing leadership and coaching to our on-site UK operations team.
  • Ensuring Hofy’s operations are carried out efficiently and in compliance with key metrics, SLA's and internal processes.
  • Support the global order operations team in delivering the highest standard of service to our customers across the serviced area and to recommend ways to increase efficiency and quality of service.
  • Maintaining high Health and Safety, security and compliance standards within our UK warehouse.
  • Contributing to the strengthening of relationships with Hofy UK suppliers.
  • Work in partnership with the Hofy Product team to enhance and automate our fulfilment operations.

About you

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Experience managing or being part of the management team of a warehouse with ≥multi-hundred SKUs and ≥ multi-hundred orders per week
  • The ability to run the process of shipping products via couriers and managing courier relationships
  • Experience in procuring products from B2B suppliers at scale and managed supplier relationships
  • Intermediate-level Excel ability: nested formulas, pivot tables, etc. BI tools are a plus

  • (Desirable) Experience shipping products internationally including all the paperwork
