Job Description

Supply Chain Apprenticeships – Hereford, Tadcaster and Manchester

Whether you’ve just finished your GCSEs (or equivalent) or are ready for an exciting career change, this is your chance to gain valuable skills, earn recognised qualifications, and kickstart your future, all while earning.

Supply Chain careers are broader and more varied than many people expect. We want our apprenticeship programmes to reflect the communities we work in and welcome applications from individuals with different backgrounds, experiences and career paths.

From day one, you’ll receive exceptional career support and guidance, helping you grow in a friendly and supportive environment where you can be your authentic self and achieve your best. Let’s brew an incredible future together!

What is an apprenticeship?

An apprenticeship allows you to earn while you learn. You’ll be employed from day one, receive a competitive salary, and split your time between practical, on-the-job experience and structured learning. Your training is fully funded, and you’ll gain a nationally recognised qualification alongside valuable workplace experience.

This opportunity could be right for you if you:

  • Are curious about manufacturing and how things work behind the scenes
  • Enjoy problem-solving, planning and working with data
  • Like collaborating with different teams and stakeholders
  • Are motivated to learn, develop and grow in a professional environment

We welcome interest from individuals at different stages of their career journey, whether you’re:

  • Considering your first step into the world of work in Supply Chain
  • Looking to gain practical experience alongside formal learning

What our Supply Chain Apprenticeships are all about

As a Supply Chain apprentice, you’ll gain exposure to how a large, fast-moving organisation plans, sources, produces and delivers products efficiently and responsibly. Depending on the programme, this could include:

  • Supporting production, engineering, and operations to produce our well-loved brands
  • Working with suppliers and logistics partners
  • Analysing data to improve performance and decision-making

You’ll build core professional skills such as communication, teamwork, organisation and problem-solving, alongside technical supply chain knowledge that will support long-term career progression. With hard work and determination, you’ll progress through your apprenticeship and will receive a salary increase year on year.
