Customer Masterdata Analyst
Function: Finance
Location: Edinburgh City Centre based - hybrid with a mix of office & home working
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 base depending on experience, plus full benefits listed below.
Contract: Permanent

About the role:
Reporting into the Customer Masterdata Team Manager, this role will support the wider HEINEKEN UK and global businesses to manage all Material, Customer, and Vendor Masterdata aspects by taking ownership of the data quality, and ensuring that HEINEKEN UK (HUK), and global data standards are compliant and achieved.
The Masterdata Analyst will create, monitor and maintain Master Data including audit, and validation of data consistency within key systems. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) you'll also provide key business knowledge to other teams’ projects as required to support the delivery. You'll investigate and understand the root cause of any data issues and take steps to resolve by producing reports that identify any similar data inaccuracies making recommendations for any change.
Who we’re looking for
The ideal candidate would have an understanding of Master Data practices or the ability to use SAP systems. The ability to use excel at an intermediate level is essential and being able to build relationships with stakeholders and other teams will also be important.
The ability to excel in a deadline-oriented, dynamic and fluid environment is key where you'll clearly demonstrate a strong work ethic, level of trust and dedication to delivering. Attention to detail and the ability to manage the overall plan to ensure a timely implementation is essential.

Our ways of working
Our office sites operate a hybrid model. You’ll spend Tuesdays, Thursdays and one other day in the office and two days from home, although but you’re more than welcome to come and work from the office on those days too.
We’ve recently moved into our fantastic new office at 6 St Andrew Square – right in the heart of the city centre.
The office is in a great location with excellent public transport links so it’s really easy to get to whether you’re travelling by train, bus or tram!
With a brilliant selection of restaurants, bars, shops and our very own Star Pubs on our doorstep, you’ll be spoilt for choice for extracurricular activities. And if you fancy catch up after hours with your colleagues, our in-house bar with fantastic views of Edinburgh Castle might just be the spot for you!
