Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a Legal Intern to support our in-house Legal team in delivering high-quality legal guidance and operational support to the business. This role provides hands-on exposure to corporate and commercial law, contract management, compliance, and various legal processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a dynamic, professional environment.
Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, competition, employment, and general business law topics.
Assist in preparing summaries, briefs, and internal guidance documents under close supervision.
Assist in drafting, reviewing, formatting, and maintaining legal documents and agreements.
Support contract execution workflows and legal records management.
Support day-to-day administrative activities, scheduling, data entry, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
We are looking for
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Law or related field.
Strong research and analytical skills, with high attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in both English and a secondary Asian language would be advantageous i.e. Mandarin, Bahasa, Korean, Japanese.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Able to commit to a part-time/full-time basis for a minimum of 3-6 months
Familiarity with Copilot or other AI tools
