Your mission
Our mission is to redefine the digital asset management landscape by building a user-focused platform that prioritizes ease of use, scalability, and adaptability. We’re challenging the DAM market by delivering robust and innovative solutions that make consuming and working with digital assets effortless for major brands and users worldwide.
You’ll join our Digital Asset Management team, where we’re seeking a motivated and versatile Senior Fullstack Engineer who thrives on solving architectural challenges and driving innovation. Your contributions will shape the future of our platform, particularly in creating intuitive, efficient, and impactful user experiences.

Your responsibilities

• You’ll implement high-quality features and improvements in a modern web application.
• You’ll design solutions that ensure scalability, security, and maintainability.
• You will collaborate with product management, design, and engineering toward viable product development changes from discovery to delivery.
• You will work closely with other developers through pair programming, code reviews, and alike.

Your story

• You can work remotely from anywhere in Switzerland or join us on-site in our St. Gallen office, with the flexibility to choose your best work environment.
• You're experienced in full-stack development, working with React, Typescript, and ideally PHP, or a willingness to learn.
• You love to write readable, reusable, scalable, and well-tested code.
• You fend off the dreaded 'big ball of mud' by keeping coupling low, cohesion high, and SOLID principles close at heart.
• You bring a broad technical background or are eager to diversify your experience, applying strong problem-solving skills to new challenges.
• You hold strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• You have excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• You speak English fluently.
