Integrations Coordinator - Karachi

About this role…

Integrating our Point Of Sale and Online Ordering solutions into other technologies (such as last mile delivery partners, stock control, and CRM systems) of our existing and potential customers is a key part of Flipdish’s strategy to provide excellent service and a one-stop-shop solution to independent restaurants. In this role, you will collaborate with the Integrations team, Product team, Commercial team, and third-parties to support integrations between Flipdish's technology stack and a range of third-party providers. This is essential for expanding the range of services we can seamlessly offer our customers.

The main responsibilities of this role will be to ensure integrations with third parties are well-documented internally, and implemented efficiently and effectively, while also supporting internal team education and troubleshooting on our integrations. You will also be required to maintain excellent levels of communication with all parties involved, including colleagues in our European HQ, external technology partners, and customers across our core markets in the UK, Ireland, Spain, and North America.

We expect the candidate to be based in our office in Karachi, working alongside our dynamic team of developers, onboarding agents, and customer support representatives.

In this job, you’ll…

  • Engage proactively with customers to understand and prioritise their integration needs between Flipdish and 3rd party platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including the POS team, Menu Team, Product Team, and Development teams, to coordinate integration efforts and ensure seamless implementation.
  • Follow up diligently with internal teams to track delivery dates and ensure timely completion of integration requirements.
  • Manage and update prospect integrations, maintaining accurate records and facilitating smooth onboarding processes.
  • Take ownership of assigned integration life cycles, managing them efficiently from initiation to completion.
  • Assist in the preparation and rollout of larger integration projects, supporting their success and smooth implementation.
  • Contribute to the definition and refinement of processes and procedures within the Integrations department, driving operational excellence and efficiency.
  • Maintain flexibility in working hours to provide support across multiple time zones.

We’re looking for…

  • Minimum 2 years experience within a SaaS environment, hospitality or Retail preferred
  • Strong Technical aptitude and an ability to understand complex technical challenges
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously
  • Fluent English, both written and verbal, communicating with Europe-based colleagues and customers
  • Experience working with Point of Sale systems in the hospitality industry would be an advantage
