What you’ll be doing...

You’ll be working within our Verizon Business Channel Sales team in EMEA, focused on maximising the value that we bring to our Global Systems Integrator partners. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, and create value for us and our customers by solving their problems and helping them move their businesses forward. You’ll bring a consultative sales approach and expertly package and tailoring our solutions to meet their business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with a small number of global Systems Integrator accounts to develop the business that we do with (and through) these organisations.

  • Understanding and evaluating industry, business and customer trends in order to build strategic plans that drive sales.

  • Developing deep relationships with your customers (including at C-level) to truly know their business, markets and the challenges they face.

  • Leading opportunity development for solutions sales and guiding the overall account relationship.

  • Engaging overlay sales specialist, to craft creative solutions and help our customers realize their goals.

  • Growing revenue and our business profitably through focusing on the core pillars of our Go To Market strategy.

What we are looking for…

You enjoy digging deeply to really understand your customer’s vision along with their unique situation and challenges. You look for win-win solutions wherever you can and enjoy collaborating with others. You’re not afraid of analytics and like to talk about hard data.

You’ll need to have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.

  • Experience in selling managed IT services to international businesses.

  • Experience in working with channel partners (selling through and selling with).

  • Experience in consultative thought leadership and negotiation.

  • A willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

  • UK driving license.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Experience of selling communication, network and cyber security solutions.

  • Experience of working with Global Systems Integrators as a channel partner or client.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively position new ideas.

  • Experience of balancing multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
