The focus of this role is to build all of the Source to Pay integration and automation (including interim state) to the new S4 environment, ensuring Mars best practices are met. This role will own S2P integrations, interim state and automation scope and partner with Integration HUB, EC Solution Architects, Direct Procurement S4 TRS SLs and Commercial Common EDGE DT teams to deliver end-to-end from strategy to solutions design, build and implementation, managing 3rd parties as required and providing guidance and support to Segments’ deployment teams.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Strong building and managing Integrations with SAP technology landscape such as CIG, BODS (?), BTP

  • SaaS integrations experience using middleware e.g. Mulesoft, SFTP server, and direct APIs.

  • Integrations Solution Architecture experience

  • Experience leading Integration practice as part of large ERP transformation, familiarity with Mars project and program framework is a plus

  • Functional and Technical expertise in one or more of the following: SAP MM, MDG, Ariba, Beeline, HICX or alternative Procurement solutions

  • Excellent communication skills, problem solving, stakeholder management, ability to write technical documentation.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Lead Integrations and Automation practice for S2P workstream as part of Digital Core Transformation program

  • Determine future and interim state end-to-end Integrations strategy for S2P Common EDGE applications, partnering with Commercial Solution Architects, S4 Direct Procurement team, Integration HUB and Segments DT to enable EDGE systems retrofit with S4 requirements, S4 shared template integrations and Segment deployment requirements.

  • Create, maintain and manage integrations inventory for S2P, develop high quality functional and technical documentation for each interface.

  • End-to-End responsibility for designing, planning, developing, testing, productionizing of integrations and automations requirements as part of S2P workstream to support Common EDGE strategy, S2P shared template delivery as well as Segments rollouts.

  • Manage and coordinate designated 3rd parties to deliver required S2P integrations and automations scope as part of Segments deployments in line with defined strategy and architecture standards to ensure consistent approach.

  • Provide guidance and Functional management S2P Testing and Training Lead.

  • Own completion of SIT testing, Cutover, data support, interface validation, automation, process intelligence validation for S2P scope of the deployment.

  • Own fixing deployment issues for S2P integration and automation scope in collaboration with the Segment DT, including common/segment EDGE from/to S4 integration SIT, cutover and nurture issues.

  • Develop Global training materials and provide train – the trainer sessions for S2P integrations and automation, document handover to end-state support
