THE ROLEThe position is part of the Merchandising Team, you will oversee the category business by developing the collections to fully address market opportunities while maintaining coherence in the brand image.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Market and competitor's analysis in terms of product and pricing positioning in the different markets
  • Development of post sales campaign reports (sell in by region/country and worldwide, best sellers, etc.)
  • Elaboration of a coherent pricing and margin strategy within the collection
  • Manage the preparation of merchandising plans to define the new collections' structure and requests that will be discussed with the Design team
  • Follow up with production to respect the delivery timings
  • Participation in the organization of the sales campaigns and production of all supporting materials and buying tools (such as: control of product styles codes, update of KPIs, photos and samples, catalogs and advertising, exit lists)
  • Development of training manuals and presentations with detailed product information on each collection for regional buyers

WHO YOU ARE

  • More than 3 years of relevant experience in merchandising preferably in the fashion/luxury goods industry
  • Educational background preferably in business management or similar
  • Strong product sensitivity and passion for Kidswear
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ambition to exceed corporate goals and go the extra mile in the daily work
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
