Job Description

She/He manages all operations activities related to existing franchising stores and new openings, by ensuring that they run efficiently and by providing prompt support to partners.Cooperates to design franchising procedures as needed and directly controls their implementation through a complete overview of store processes and a careful management of all needs.

What do you do

  • Assist in managing and coordinating WW franchising stores of the brand Palm Angels supporting partners in their needs with daily
  • monitoring from replenishments to contractual negotiations;
  • Elaborates ad hoc sales analysis, seasonal and weekly budget, sell-through, OTB;
  • Supports in managing stock movements procedures, leading and monitoring the implementation of the back of house guidelines adhering to WW guidelines
  • Follow up of franchisee budget definition, orders and relative communication during sales campaigns;
  • Acts as an intermediary between the partners and all the corporate functions involved (e.g. Marketing, Merchandising, VM, SP, etc.)
  • Drives all the operations activities linked to new stores' opening/closing /relocation

Who you are

  • At least 3/4 years of working experience in a similar role in luxury
  • retail companies
  • Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
  • knowledge of Microsoft package (Excel and PPT)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on approach and willingness to work in team
