Firms face new regulation, pressure on margins, platform and operating model consolidation, and the arrival of AI in both the front office and the control functions. That makes this an exciting time to join us.
The Wealth & Asset Management Risk & Regulation Team offers both breadth and depth across Regulatory, Compliance and Risk Management initiatives. Our work ranges from targeted advice on specific parts of the Conduct and Risk Management Frameworks, through to large Risk and Compliance Transformation programmes that redesign operating models, modernise controls and put technology and AI to work, collaborating with multiple EY teams

Designing and transforming risk and compliance operating models, including target state design and delivery
Designing and reviewing end to end risk management frameworks, RCSAs and control environments
Using data, automation and AI to make risk and compliance more efficient and insight driven, such as automated controls testing, monitoring and surveillance
Helping firms govern their own use of AI responsibly, with frameworks that keep humans in the lead
Regulatory due diligence on transactions, helping buyers and investors understand the risk and regulatory position of a target
Designing and reviewing governance and organisational structures
Risk culture, and embedding ownership so that controls work in practice as well as on paper
You will:
Contribute to the articulation of EY findings, conclusions and recommendations in writing or verbally
