Shape how organisations transform through people and strategy

Programme overview

On the People Consulting Graduate Programme, you’ll shape the future with confidence by helping organisations transform how they work through their people. You’ll support clients to design future-ready workforces, using insight, technology and innovation to deliver lasting change. As a Shaper of the future, you’ll build in-demand skills and create impact across organisations, teams and communities.

If you join UK & Ireland (UK&I), you’ll undertake relevant training and/or qualifications to further develop your skills, and if you join Financial Services (FS), you’ll study for the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) – Certificate in Business Accounting.

What you will be doing


  • Working across a range of capabilities including: Workforce Advisory, Talent, and HR Transformation & HR Technology.

  • Working across people transformation projects, supporting areas such as change, workforce strategy, culture, HR transformation and people technology.

  • Analysing data and research to develop commercially sound recommendations for clients.

  • Collaborating with teams and clients to design and deliver solutions that improve how organisations work.

  • Supporting workshops, reports and proposals that contribute to project delivery and business development.
