Programme overview

On the Business Consulting Graduate Programme, you’ll help organisations adapt, grow and transform in a fast-changing world. As a Shaper of the future, you’ll work with clients to tackle complex challenges, using data, technology and fresh thinking to deliver lasting impact. What you will be doing

  • Build your skills through hands‑on experience, coaching and exposure to emerging technologies.

Please note: If you are successful in securing an offer you will be required to remain in Northern Ireland for the entire duration of the programme. The offer cannot be transferred to any other EY location in the UK or Ireland.
