Job Description

Shape organisational transformation through people and strategy

Programme overview

We deliver long-term value by transforming businesses through people and reimagining future workforces. Our services include Workforce Advisory, Digital Workforce and Talent. We use technology, innovation and data-led change to reshape operating models, systems and ways of working, while developing culture, leadership and capability to build future-fit workforces that deliver lasting results.

Core skills for success

  • Analytical thinking - using data, workforce insights and structured problem-solving to diagnose people-related challenges and develop commercially sound recommendations for clients.

  • Collaboration - work effectively on multidisciplinary project teams and with clients to co-create solutions, facilitate discussion and challenge, and translate complex people challenges into clear, actionable outcomes.

  • Curiosity and motivation - continuously build knowledge in areas such as HR transformation, digital workforce and organisational change, while proactively seeking opportunities to develop skills and contribute beyond assigned tasks.

  • Ownership and proactive mindset - take responsibility for delivering high-quality outputs on projects, contributing to proposals for new work and practice development, and actively seek ways to add value to clients and teams.

What you will be doing

  • Work on client engagements that help solve our clients’ most critical people challenges.

  • Carry out impartial analysis using EY tools and methodologies to support understanding of our clients’ problems and identification of potential solutions.

  • Apply data, technology and insights from client interactions and assessment to support problem solving.

  • Collaborate with teams and clients across different parts of the business, sectors and locations.

  • Embrace your own learning, taking opportunities to build skills through practical experiences, coaching and formal learning.

Please note: If you are successful in securing an offer you will be required to remain in Northern Ireland for the entire duration of the programme. The offer cannot be transferred to any other EY location in the UK or Ireland.
