Programme overview

On the Risk Consulting Graduate Programme, you’ll shape the future with confidence by helping organisations build and protect trust. You’ll support clients to manage risk, enhance control environments through technology, data and AI, and strengthen internal audit, risk and compliance capabilities. Working in high‑performing teams, you’ll solve complex challenges, deliver insight‑led, end‑to‑end solutions, build technical and interpersonal skills, and undertake relevant training and qualifications.

What you will be doing


  • Working across a range of capabilities including: Process & Controls, Prudential & Financial Risk - Financial Stability, Prudential & Financial Risk – Credit, Prudential & Financial Risk - Market Risk, Conduct & Non-Financial Risk, Financial Crime, Digital Risk, and Risk Innovation.

  • Working across a portfolio of clients to understand their businesses, identify risks and opportunities, and support improvements to processes and controls.

  • Delivering risk consulting services across digital risk, data, regulation and compliance, using technology and insight to address complex challenges.

  • Collaborating with teams and clients to communicate findings clearly, influence decisions and deliver high‑quality solutions.

  • Building your skills through hands‑on experience, staying informed on business and technology trends while developing technical and interpersonal capabilities.
