As the Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) function, we collaborate with the business to deliver innovative, future-focused, audience-centric brand, marketing and communications. We have an integrated network of over 2,500 professionals worldwide and together we are building a distinctive brand, driving growth, inspiring people, and bringing our purpose to life.

The opportunity

The team defines and activates the global brand, marketing and communications strategy across these areas, ensuring a consistent, differentiated value proposition and scalable demand generation across regions, sectors and accounts.

As Global BMC Managed Services (GMS) Director, you will lead the global marketing strategy for GMS, strengthening EY’s market positioning and driving measurable commercial impact across priority solutions spanning multiple service lines and sectors. This is a senior leadership role with accountability for setting direction, influencing and advising senior stakeholders, and delivering integrated execution at scale globally.

Your key responsibilities

As a GMS BMC Director, you will define and execute the global marketing strategy, align across multiple stakeholders, and drive measurable business outcomes. Your responsibilities include:

  • Client value proposition
Define and lead a compelling, buyer-centric GMS value proposition that differentiates EY in the market and supports the pursuit and conversion of priority opportunities.
  • Content strategy and asset leadership
Set and oversee a global, insight-led content strategy, ensuring the development of high-impact, scalable and buyer-centric assets.
  • Market activation and demand generation
Lead integrated marketing programs aligned to BMC campaigns and business development priorities to drive pipeline growth and market impact.
  • Stakeholder engagement and influence
Act as a trusted advisor for the Global Managed Services leadership team, as well as extended stakeholder groups across global service line, sector, regional and account leadership, aligning marketing with business priorities and enabling growth.
  • Leadership and team development
Lead and develop a high-performing BMC team, fostering collaboration, capability building and a strong performance culture.
  • Change leadership and transformation
Drive the adoption of new marketing approaches and ways of working, embedding continuous improvement across a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Operational excellence and governance
Own budget and financial management for GMS marketing programs, ensuring effective prioritization and compliance with EY standards.
  • Collaboration and teaming

Collaborate across wider BMC teams including Brand, Analyst Relations, PR and Communications to drive shared outcomes and measurable impact.
