SMB Account Manager
Location: Singapore (implied by "Hawker Stall" context)
Working pattern: Hybrid / Office-based

We’re looking for an SMB Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll own and nurture relationships with a diverse portfolio of partners—from local favorites to established chains—helping them leverage data to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the Account Management team. We are a passionate, dynamic group that goes beyond support to provide deep industry expertise, helping restaurants and grocery stores thrive as Deliveroo becomes a major revenue channel for their business.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Manage and service a diverse portfolio of small to medium partners, ranging from local hawker stalls to high-street mall chains.
Build strategic relationships and roll out localized initiatives that directly increase partner revenue and overall profitability.
Drive operational excellence by sharing best practices and performance insights to ensure every order meets our high delivery standards.
Leverage data-driven insights to help partners identify new growth opportunities and better understand their specific customer base.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service teams to implement initiatives that drive business-wide growth.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:
Significant experience in account servicing or sales (typically 2-3 years), with a track record of meeting commercial targets.
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify win-win opportunities for Deliveroo and our partners.
Exceptional people skills and the ability to build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships.
Bilingual communication skills, with fluency in English and the ability to converse in basic Mandarin to support our diverse partner base.
Self-starter mindset, with the organizational skills to manage your own time, priorities, and portfolio independently.
Proficiency in modern workspace tools, specifically Microsoft Office or G-Suite, to manage data and presentations.
