Partner Ecosystem Management – Hong Kong
Role Overview
This role is responsible for driving indirect revenue growth through Seller Partners in the Hong Kong market, delivering agreed revenue and profitability objectives for both Partners and SAP, fully aligned with SAP’s Suite First and AI First strategies.
Acting as a strategic partner manager and ecosystem orchestrator, the role owns the end-to-end Seller Partner relationship, serving as the single point of contact for a portfolio of actively managed partners across the full partner lifecycle. The objective is to scale Partners’ SAP business, strengthen their investment in SAP solutions, and maximize Customer Lifetime Value through partner-led growth.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Strategy & Business Growth
- Deliver assigned indirect booking and cACV targets through managed Seller Partners.
- Develop and execute multi-year joint business plans with Partners, aligned to SAP’s strategic priorities and market opportunities in Hong Kong.
- Drive Partner-led demand generation, sales execution, and post-sales activities across SAP’s solution portfolio.
- Evangelize SAP opportunities (new products, solutions, and business models) in clear commercial terms, including revenue potential, required investment, break-even, and ROI.
Partner Relationship & Enablement
- Act as a trusted advisor and single face to Partners, managing the relationship end-to-end.
- Ensure a consistently strong Partner Experience across all SAP touchpoints.
- Coach Partners to become self-sufficient, cloud-ready sellers, covering pre-sales, sales, delivery, and post-sales capabilities.
- Identify competency gaps and proactively support Partners in building cloud, industry, and solution capabilities.
Ecosystem & Market Development
- Leverage the broader SAP ecosystem to showcase thought leadership, differentiated value, and SAP’s competitive advantage in the market.
- Coordinate joint marketing and business development initiatives, including Partner-led demand generation.
- Support Partners in building differentiated, industry-focused value propositions that maximize customer lifetime value.
Role Purpose
To orchestrate and grow strategic Partner relationships in Hong Kong, driving Partner investment in SAP’s solution portfolio, accelerating cloud and AI adoption, and delivering sustainable indirect business growth aligned with SAP’s long-term strategy.
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong understanding of the business application partner ecosystem in the Hong Kong market.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise business application sales and/or service delivery, with solid knowledge of SAP partner business models.
- Proven ability to identify, recruit, and develop cloud-native and innovative Partners to support customer digital transformation.
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
