We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our Dubai team on a 9-month fixed term contract (maternity cover). In this role, you’ll help us identify and attract top-tier talent across the UAE and Kuwait, ensuring we scale with high-performing, diverse teams.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the Talent Acquisition team. We are a fast-paced, collaborative group focused on finding the best talent in the Middle East to support Deliveroo’s ambitious growth plans.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from creative sourcing to complex closing across the UAE and Kuwait markets.
Strategic Partnership: Coach hiring managers on interview best practices and long-term headcount planning, acting as a true talent advisor.
Data-Driven Insights: Leverage hiring metrics, pipeline reporting, and market intelligence to influence decision-making and improve recruitment outcomes.
DEI Advocacy: Identify talent gaps and develop innovative sourcing solutions to ensure we continue to build a diverse and inclusive organisation.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a gold-standard experience for every candidate and stakeholder, championing Deliveroo’s brand and values at every touchpoint.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Essential
Significant full-cycle recruitment experience: A proven track record of sourcing and closing high-calibre talent in fast-paced environments.
Regional expertise: A strong understanding of the Middle East talent market, including local employment laws and UAE residency requirements.
Adaptability and resilience: Ability to thrive in a constantly evolving environment, with a self-reflective approach to learning and process improvement.
Stakeholder management: Strong consulting skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Operational excellence: Stellar organisational skills, high attention to detail, and fluency in English.
Nice to Have
Experience hiring for Emiratisation initiatives.
Previous experience within a high-growth scale-up or technology platform.
