Job Description
Bilingual Sales Intern
Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation, and growth drives everything we do. Our Commercial team sits at the centre of Deliveroo’s marketplace—shaping how we serve restaurants, grocers, and new verticals worldwide. From negotiating key partnerships to unlocking new revenue streams and crafting data-led growth strategies, we take on big challenges that move the business forward. If you thrive in fast-paced, commercial environments and want to influence the future of a global brand—this is the team for you.
We’re looking for a Bilingual Sales Intern to join our Brussels team. In this role, you’ll help us scale our partner network and optimise the performance of the best restaurants and grocers across the region.
Get to know our Commercial team — what drives us, how we work, and what you can expect.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the Sales team. We focus on identifying and bringing the best partners onto the Deliveroo platform while ensuring they are set up for long-term success from day one.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Drive Partner Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end integration process for new restaurants and on-demand partners to ensure a seamless launch.
Optimise Menu Performance: Conduct detailed reviews of partner menus, using data to suggest optimisations that align with local customer trends.
Deliver Market Insights: Perform research on competitor landscapes and consumer preferences to provide the Head of Sales with actionable growth insights.
Execute Sales Campaigns: Support the planning and rollout of commercial campaigns designed to boost partner visibility and order volume.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to resolve partner queries and ensure internal alignment.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Essential
Multilingual Communication: Fluency in French and Dutch, with a strong professional command of English.
Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to interpret data sets and translate them into clear, actionable commercial recommendations.
Growth Orientation: A proactive, self-motivated approach to problem-solving in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Academic Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Economics, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Nice to Have
Industry Passion: A deep interest in the food-tech industry and evolving culinary trends.
Stakeholder Management: Experience in a customer-facing or sales-support environment.
