About the role

As a Bilingual Sales Intern at Deliveroo, you will play a vital role in supporting the Head of Sales and the broader team. You will be involved in key partner onboarding, menu reviewing, market and trends analysis, campaign execution, and various day-to-day tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in economics, sales, or marketing who has a deep passion for food.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for key partners, including restaurants and on-demand food businesses, ensuring a smooth and efficient integration.

  • Menu Reviewing: Collaborate with partners to review and optimise menus, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer preferences.

  • Market & Trends Analysis: Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to provide actionable insights.

  • Campaign Execution: Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.

  • Day-to-Day Support: Assist with various administrative and operational tasks to ensure the sales team runs efficiently.

  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with partners and internal teams, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.

Qualifications

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Economics, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Languages: Ideally proficiency in both French and Dutch. English language is also important.

  • Passion for Food: A genuine interest in the food industry and a passion for culinary trends.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French, Dutch and English.

  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
