What We Need from You:

• Leveraging Technology for Recruitment Context: To utilise technologies to streamline hiring processes, enhance candidate experiences, and attract top talent, ultimately leading to a more efficient and effective recruitment strategy.
• Solid understanding of mobile application architecture, design patterns, and best practices for building scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Strong proficiency in React Native mobile development.
• Extensive hands-on experience with the mobile ecosystem, including iOS and Android platforms, deployment processes, and release management
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps and GitHub, supporting source control, CI/CD, and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience with observability tools, preferably Datadog
• Knowledge of security scanning and code quality tools
• Experience working in Agile environments, with a strong focus on ownership, technical excellence and delivering customer-centric solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and contribute to process improvements and simplify complex technical challenges.
• Experience mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and contributing to technical design and architecture decisions.
  

Core Competencies & Technical Skills:

• Designs, develops and maintains cross-platform mobile applications using React Native, ensuring high performance, scalability and seamless user experiences across iOS and Android platforms
• Integrates mobile applications with backend services, APIs, authentication mechanisms and third-party platforms while adhering to security, quality and coding standards
• Demonstrated proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern application development practices.
• Strong understanding of state management, API integration, version control, and DevOps practices, including Redux, REST APIs, Git/GitHub, and Azure DevOps.
• Applies structured testing, debugging and performance optimisation practices to deliver reliable, maintainable and production-ready mobile solutions
• Collaborates with product, design and engineering teams to deliver features from concept through deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement
• Leverages AI and emerging technologies to drive automation, enhance engineering productivity, identify value-add opportunities, and deliver innovative, secure, scalable and optimized solutions that improve business and customer outcomes.
