As a student assistant at Centrica Energy, you will be given a lot of responsibility and opportunities to grow professionally and personally while working closely with highly qualified people in our field.

You’ll be part of our large community of student assistants, whom you can network, connect, learn from and work with throughout your time at Centrica Energy.

What you'll be doing

  • Support legal counsel to prepare and organize legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Assist legal counsel on providing legal assessments and provide update on new legislation
  • Provide document drafts for filing with the Danish Business Association
  • Collaborate and engage with relevant stakeholders to negotiate and finalize contractual agreements
  • Assisting with apostille where required
  • Conduct legal research to support initiatives or projects
  • Work to, and uphold confidentiality and privacy standards in handling sensitive legal and business information

We have a few must-haves:

We’re looking for passionate individuals who are analytical, curious, and willing to learn. In addition, we would like you to demonstrate:

  • Studying a degree in Law, Business Management or closely related subject
  • Ability to be based in or Aalborg office
  • Be enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s study program with at least 12 months left on your studies
  • Passionate about a career in Legal
  • Able to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Flexible and proactive with a can-do approach
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong attention to detail
