This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role requiring strong stakeholder engagement, analytical rigour, and the ability to translate complex innovation into actionable, buyer-ready propositions. We are looking for experience in: • Designing and managing open calls, assessment frameworks, and due diligence processes • Managing SME onboarding, engagement, and progression across trial and commercial pathways • Engaging industry partners (buyers, trial hosts, investors) to validate demand and shape pipelines • Mobilising and managing trials with partners in live and controlled environments • Monitoring performance and ensuring impact is captured • Translating outputs into evidence packs, case studies, and adoption-ready insights • Coordinating experts to support SME's commercialisation, investor readiness, and go to market strategies • Coordinating stakeholder engagement, events, community-building, and programme visibility • Developing repeatable playbooks, methodologies, and capturing impact and learning
