What You’ll Be Doing:

We aim to help our clients achieve streamlined processes faster using AI and leverage the collected data to optimize these processes to the highest degree. In this role, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing the backend infrastructure that enables our enterprise customers to safely integrate AI solutions into their workflows. Your primary focus will be on creating a robust and scalable AI engine that ensures seamless data processing, secure data storage, and efficient model deployment.

• Design and Develop AI Backend Infrastructure: Design, develop, test, and maintain the AI backend infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Integrate AI Models into Enterprise Systems: Integrate AI models with enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data exchange, secure data storage, and efficient model deployment.
• Implement Data Security and Governance: Implement robust data security measures, including encryption, access controls, and auditing, to ensure the integrity of sensitive customer data.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into enterprise workflows.

What You Bring:

• Ability and/or willingness to use our product
• Advanced experience working with a JVM based language
• Experience with frontend frameworks like React or Angular
• Experience integrating with existing AI offerings, including tuning, training, etc.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and root-causing skills
• High degree of curiosity and passion about what you do
• You thrive in taking ownership of the codebase, as well as how you deploy and operate software. You are comfortable with the “you build it, you run it” mindset.

Nice-to-haves:

• 5yrs of experience as a rough guideline
• You have taken features from PoC to production and scale
• Experience working with BPMN
• Experience working with Kubernetes, Prometheus, Google Cloud
• Public Cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, Azure
• Experiences with API Gateways
• Experience with GenAI, RAG & fine tuning

What We Have to Offer:

Compensation

For external hires, we consider the skills and experience of the incoming candidate, but typically place candidates in the first half of the range to ensure ample room for growth over the entire lifecycle of the role.

Below is the annual Total Target Cash Compensation (Total Cash) range for Camundi located in one of our entities. Total Cash refers to base salary and 100% attainment of variable target, where applicable. Actual Total Cash offered will depend on factors such as skills and qualifications related to the role. To comprise the Total Rewards package, Camunda also offers equity (where applicable) in the form of a Virtual Employee Stock Option Plan and benefits based on the country of residence.

The annual Total Cash range for this position for Camundi in our entities is as follows:

• United States: $126,800.00 to $190,100.00
  
• Germany: €84,300.00 to €126,500.00
• United Kingdom: £82,200.00 to £123,200.00
• Singapore: S$157,400.00 to S$236,100.00

If you are outside one of these countries, you would be employed by our Preferred Employer Organization (PEO), Remote.
