We’re looking for a passionate Senior Python Developer who’s committed to delivering products that cut through the complexities of digital transformation and bring valuable business visions to life.

• Your Mission: Architect and develop high-performance, scalable Python solutions that drive innovation and delight our clients. Leverage your expertise in modern web frameworks, databases, and AI/ML techniques to conceptualise and deliver tailored digital products aligned with hedgehog lab's user-centric approach.
  
• Aim: Lead complex AI-powered Python projects from concept to deployment, collaborating closely with our multidisciplinary teams to deeply understand our clients' needs and translate them into robust, future-ready architectures. You will continuously enhance your team's capabilities by implementing best practices in areas such as API design, data modelling, MLOps, and DevOps - all while aligning with hedgehog lab's focus on scalable and future-ready solutions

About you:

• Multiple years of hands-on experience with Python development
• Expertise in core Python libraries and frameworks
• Experience with popular ML/DL libraries and frameworks
• Familiarity with deploying and scaling AI/ML models in production environments
• Experience working with the Serverless AWS Framework
• Proficiency in Django and Django Rest Framework
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design, security, and scalability
• Hands-on experience with relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL) and ORMs (preferably Django/SQLAlchemy)
• Working knowledge of Git, Continuous Integration, and other supporting systems
• Experience with MLOps practices and tools for automating the AI model lifecycle
• Knowledge of mobile-specific AI/ML scenarios, such as on-device inference, federated learning, or privacy-preserving techniques
• Familiarity with web application architecture patterns that enable scalable and fault-tolerant AI/ML-powered features

Our interview process:

1️⃣ - Intro Call with a member of the Talent team, Holly (30 minutes Google Meet)

2️⃣ - First stage interview with the hiring manager (30 minutes Google Meet)

3️⃣ - Take home tech test (no deadline, simply return when you’re happy)

4️⃣ -Final stage interview with at least 2 member of the hiring team (60 minutes Google Meet)
