This is an exciting and unique opportunity to join Camunda as our first-ever Renewals Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will be supporting the inception of our renewals organization. You'll drive customer retention and revenue growth by proactively managing the entire renewal lifecycle, from initial engagement through contract execution. This is a chance to make a significant impact by establishing best practices, defining processes, and fostering strong customer relationships, all while playing a key role in Camunda's continued expansion. What you'll be doing:
Support the design and implementation playbooks and establish key processes.
Proactively manage the entire renewal process, from outreach to contract execution.
Cultivate strong customer relationships and lead renewal negotiations.
Identify potential renewal risks, especially within scaled customer success segments, and develop effective mitigation strategies.
Develop accurate renewal forecasts and provide performance reports.
Review and manage customer contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance to achieve timely renewals
What you bring:
Ability and/or willingness to use our product.
3+ years of renewals, account management, or sales operations experience (SaaS preferred).
Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and negotiate successful renewals.
Strong forecasting, analytical, and contract management skills.
Excellent communication and project management abilities.
A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a desire to build from the ground up.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Nice to haves:
Experience with revenue operations (RevOps) principles and practices.
Familiarity with process automation technologies and workflows.
Certifications related to sales, account management, or contract management.

What We Have to Offer:
Compensation
For external hires, we consider the skills and experience of the incoming candidate, but typically place candidates in the first half of the range to ensure ample room for growth over the entire lifecycle of the role.
Below is the annual Total Target Cash Compensation (Total Cash) range for Camundi located in one of our entities. Total Cash refers to base salary and 100% attainment of variable target, where applicable. Actual Total Cash offered will depend on factors such as skills and qualifications related to the role. To comprise the Total Rewards package, Camunda also offers equity (where applicable) in the form of a Virtual Employee Stock Option Plan and benefits based on the country of residence.
The annual Total Cash range for this position for Camundi in our entities is as follows:
United States: $102,500.00 to $153,800.00
Germany: €68,200.00 to €102,300.00
United Kingdom: £66,500.00 to £99,700.00
Singapore: S$127,300.00 to S$191,000.00
If you are outside one of these countries, you would be employed by our Preferred Employer Organization (PEO), Remote.
